We do not offer returns on any items. All purchases are final, so we encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming.

Exchanges

We only allow exchanges in specific cases, such as:

• Wrong size sent

• Wrong product delivered

If you believe you are eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in rare and extreme cases, such as:

• The item was damaged upon arrival

• The item broke within 7 days of purchase without being worn

• The product received is not as described on our website

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Inform us within 7 days of receiving the item

• Share proof of damage (photos/videos)

• Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition
